Service for complete synthetic oil change, filter, etc and tire rotation was great. Used a $74.99 coupon for this service was excellent. Shane was great in service, kept me up to date several times. Which was our salesman and he did what he had to do to get the sale done. We found out that the air conditioner did not work as we left the dealership so we called. I drop my truck off for a simple AC repair. Probably just a recharge. I received no communication from the dealer. So I call them and they tell me the technician won't get to it until next week Probably just a recharge. I received no communication from the dealer. Why even schedule for it to come in? I should have read all the terrible reviews before going to this dealer. More

I brought my vehicle (2024 Jeep Wrangler) to get an oil change and tire replacement, all went fine with the service department. It was when I stepped out to enter my vehicle that I found the dealership sta change and tire replacement, all went fine with the service department. It was when I stepped out to enter my vehicle that I found the dealership staff just leaning my vehicle and on my mirror. As a fellow vet I hate to leave such a poor review because it is a veteran owned business, but c'mon, in what world is it okay to lean on someone else's property? More
