I leased believing that Stellantis would be the holder of my lease. At the last minute they blindsided me with a Ft.Worth Texas Credit Union as the lease holder and they also took advantage of me on my turn my lease. At the last minute they blindsided me with a Ft.Worth Texas Credit Union as the lease holder and they also took advantage of me on my turn in 24 XT5 Cadillac’s equity. The previous leases were also at LaFontaine - but their Cadillac dealership in Highland Mi with no problems. I only wished that I could have walked out without getting a vehicle but I was pressed with time . I resent their tactics . Being 80 years old they probably took advantage of me but I did sign the papers only regretting it later. I will probably never return to this dealership in the future. Not happy with my experience at this dealership in Fenton Mi. Other LaFontaine dealership , especially the aforementioned one in Highland Mi, are probably great . gr More

This dealership doesn’t care one bit about its customers and fails to understand how to set expectations. I’ve had my car with them twice in 6 months and both visits were 5+ weeks for standard repairs. Cons and fails to understand how to set expectations. I’ve had my car with them twice in 6 months and both visits were 5+ weeks for standard repairs. Constantly undersell wait time, telling me on both occasions I would have a diagnosis in 1 week. My car sat in their lot for 3-4 weeks untouched on both visits. They fail to communicate both internally and to the customers. At no point did my service rep have any real answers for me. Every contact was initiated by me, they never call with updates. After 4 weeks of no diagnosis I requested a rental and it was not comped and took 7 days for them to have it ready. Rental rep was supposed to call me on 4 separate occasions and never did, leaving me to sort it myself with my service rep (4 phone calls from me in). Working with this service center has been the most unorganized and horrible experience I’ve had with any business. Very disappointed in the whole exchange. More
