Each conversation I had on the phone I felt rushed and not taken seriously. Used car manager would not give me even an estimate for my trade in except for the “upper 50s”. This place is xxxx. I called first had a truck on the lot. Sales took forever talking back and forth negotiating. Salesman pat tells me he'll get back to me in the morning. Still no response I decide to call and ask for a sales manager. Then I get a response truck is sold. Some of the most absolute shirts customer service I've ever experienced. What an awful experience. I tried to buy a car from them for 3 days and barely got anywhere. They'd take several hours between messages only to say "sorry, got busy with a customer "... BUYER BEWARE......Google warped door panels before you buy a Chrysler 300 or a Dodge Charger. Lafontaine lacks service and support. Had 4 vehicles from here but after my Chrysler 300, never going here a buy a Chrysler 300 or a Dodge Charger. Lafontaine lacks service and support. Had 4 vehicles from here but after my Chrysler 300, never going here again. Service dept in 2018 was horrible and upon returning vehicle in Nov 2020 its still the same. No support from sales rep after they sell you and extended warranty and the warped door panel, is considered 'cosmetic '. Nice upsell of a big nothing warranty. $2000 in additional costs to a lease turn. More

Pricing was better than 4 other dealers I shopped and the selection made it easy to find exactly what I wanted without settling! This place is an absolute JOKE! I tried to have my Jeep serviced by them twice and it was a complete disaster. First time, I made an appointment online for service with a rental car since they couldn’t tel serviced by them twice and it was a complete disaster. First time, I made an appointment online for service with a rental car since they couldn’t tell me how long it would take to get it fixed. Upon arrival, I was told there was no rental car for me and they couldn’t help me. They promised they would call me back as soon as possible to get another appointment set up. After waiting over a week with no phone call I reached back out to them. At this point, I didn’t need a rental car, just to get my vehicle fixed. I was told I could bring it in any time so I made an appointment for 9:00am on a Saturday. By the time of my second appointment, it had been 3 weeks since my original appointment. Once I arrived the second time, I was advised they couldn’t fix my vehicle that day as they only had oil change technicians available and to come back another day. They had no manger on duty and offered no assistance to get my issue taken care of that day. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I would suggest staying far away. We will never be back! More

Last two visits I was not happy! I took my truck here for an oil change last Friday. My back tire was showing low. I asked then to check it and when they were finished I asked about it. The gentleman was not an oil change last Friday. My back tire was showing low. I asked then to check it and when they were finished I asked about it. The gentleman was not very nice and said there was nothing wrong and that it was just cold. He said they aired it up and it was fine. I drove around Fenton and the low tire warning never went away. The next day my husband put air in it and the warning went away. There was nothing on my receipt about them checking the tire's. I hate when I ask a question they act like I'm stupid. I have one more oil change there and then I'm not going back! More
