We have purchased several vehicles from him, and sent many family members and friends who have done the same. He is always busy when we are there, but always makes time to sit with us and visit- making us feel like we are his only priority. His attitude shows in his staff as well, as everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Hall Chrysler, and my Salesman Evan Coughlin, provided a fair value on my trade in vehicle and when they could not find the vehicle I wanted in dealer inventory they assisted me with ordering the exact car fair value on my trade in vehicle and when they could not find the vehicle I wanted in dealer inventory they assisted me with ordering the exact car I wanted to purchase. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle in inventory as I was able to lock in the current vehicle incentives and was provided an additional available vehicle incentive when the car arrived for delivery. They also signed me up for email alerts so I could track production of my new vehicle. After having the vehicle for a few days Evan followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction with the new car and to hear if I had any follow up questions about the car's features and Uconnect system.
