Hall Chrysler needs to start a new logo. In by 9 and out by 11:30 with the car of your choice. I arrived at 9 AM, interrupted a sales meeting in Mr. Halls office. I said "I want to test drive a car I had seen out front.". Next response Andy Klepoch jumped out of his chair and said "I will take care of you.". From that moment the Logo in at 9 and out by 11:30 applied. I had a limited time to complete this action as I had to turn in a rental by 12:00. Andy took my data, got the keys to the car and off we went. Admittedly I had been looking at various dealerships and cars for the past week and the ride in the Town and Country sealed the deal. In by 9 and out by 11:30 started to move. Andy initiated the paper work, coordinated the Town and Country with my insurance company, arranged for me to return my car to Enterprise Fenton versus Grand Blanc and got a cup of coffee for me from Tim Hortons. I stopped at the bank for the cashiers check and returned the car. Enterprise returned me to Halls and there was Renae Belau with all of the paper work ready for signatures as well as her super presentation of the services available with the car. Each and every step of these procedures were explained with all of my questions answered. In by 9 and out by 11:30 included the checkout and explanation of the features in the vehicle. Andy provided super, super service. He met all of my time limitation requirements and I am sure everyone concerned with the delivery of the car assisted in a very sucessful sale. I went to this dealer to purchess a 2012 Jeep Wangler, I did my homework first and I let them know that I was a informed customer. When I turned in the paper to collect the acceessoris, they told me that the paper was no good! Just another way to lure you into purchessing a vehicle wwith an empty promise. More
Was sold a car over priced by a slick sales men on a 72 month contract that i told the guy i didnt want more then 60 months they will do what they can to you.I told the owner he said we do it to people all month contract that i told the guy i didnt want more then 60 months they will do what they can to you.I told the owner he said we do it to people all the time!I sold the car 6 months after for a big loss and that is my falt for letting it happen but it will never happen again so good luck people!
