Service center has been difficult. Brought my van in to get recall work done. Prior to, they said, at least 3-4 hours to get it done when I told them I had to wait. When I got their for my appt time, I'm told it will take at least all day and sometimes overnight. When they finished in 3 1/2 hours, I got the paperwork on the recall work. It says they actually only spent 1.6 hours on the job even though I sat there for an additional 2 hours?!?!? Either they have a lot of incompetent service staff or they don't like to manage scheduled appts for people who have to wait for their vehicle?? More

Made a service appointment online a week in advance for a Brake System Alert warning message on my Display Panel, as well as 2 recalls on my 2025 Lease RAM 1500. I got a ride home. Four hours later I called Brake System Alert warning message on my Display Panel, as well as 2 recalls on my 2025 Lease RAM 1500. I got a ride home. Four hours later I called to get a status. The service rep informed me that they wouldn't be able to look at it for at least two weeks and I could leave it there. No diags, nothing.. When I showed him what I had found (Googled it) he was uninterested and did not want to see it. I told him I was picking it up! When I got there it took them an hour to find my key fob. What is the sense of making an appointment only to be told "we can't look at it for at least two weeks so just leave it here!" The sales rep was very smug with the "oh well, not my problem" attitude. The following day I took it to Brighton Chrysler Jeep, and they had the issue resolved in an hour. More
My 70-year-old mother took her Jeep Cherokee here for brake service. They supposedly inspected the brakes and told her that it needed back brakes but that the front brakes were good, it was also leaking brake service. They supposedly inspected the brakes and told her that it needed back brakes but that the front brakes were good, it was also leaking some brake fluid. She had them do the service work to replace her rear brakes. When she got the car back the front brakes were scrapping. We took the car to another shop, and they informed us that the front brakes were mental on metal and that the leak had never been fixed. We had the second shop fix the issues, but my mother now feels like they deliberately lied to her. I would recommend staying far away from this place. More
