Took Pacifica in for 100k mile service. Was able to easily make an appointment. Maybe it was just the service advisor that I was connected to but communication was not his strong suit. I can now only hope the repair was better than his communication. After my third trip in to get an exhaust manifold fixed, less than 300 miles later I found myself in the middle of the road with my Jeep on fire. They diagnosed my transmission as needing replacement with a less than 300 miles later I found myself in the middle of the road with my Jeep on fire. They diagnosed my transmission as needing replacement with a quote of over $11,000. They canceled my warranty without telling me. The repair at a reputable shop ended up costing $380. I found them to be both incompetent and dishonest. More
The service guy was nice and helpful, but the digital person was difficult and could not understand some items I said or answer other questions. Every time digital person tried to connect me to a person, they either did not pick up and it eventually hung up on me or the person had horrible reception and could not hear me. One of the perks of taking it to a high price dealership is getting a car so you can go about your business, but they had none available and charged me for a shuttle. I was also not prepared for it being longer than a day because the digital person did not inform me of how long it could take. One of the other perks of going to the more expensive service is they usually wash your car and vacuum at least the front. The car wash was broken and they attempted three times, gave it to me drenched and so now it is covered in water spots. Plus nobody dusted or vacuumed the front as I've had done previously when using the dealership auto body. I wasn't mad, but I was disappointed. Also, when they finally did determine the problem. I was told on the phone that I could get it that same day, but it was not ready. I called around 8:30 AM to ask if I could come pick it up and they said it was still not ready. So I had to find rides to an appointment, because my husband was only available when I called. More
