I dropped off the car and was told I would have it back by Tuesday. I did not get it until Friday, about 2:30. This made me miss work for two days. They were very polite and even walked me to my car and opened the door for me. I would have preferred to have the car by Tuesday at the latest and no walk to my car. They also did not call to tell me it would take longer then expected. I also asked the day after I dropped the car off for them to check my brakes. It took three calls before I found out this would not be done until the car was pulled in for the repairs. A great benefit is that they will drive to pick you up when your car is ready so that you can pick it up. This was my first time coming here and it was less than a great experience. More
Brought my 2022 Jeep Cherokee trail hawkin for evaluation of charging system and battery which is 32 months old with 41 k miles. Jeep required a jump so scheduled an appointment next morning. They got me in and maintenance determined I needed a new battery, evaluation charge almost 200 dollars would be applied to replacing and labor. I was quoted 814.00 dollars FOR A new battery installed. . I was on the hook already for 200 dollars and needed my jeep so I reluctantly agreed to the quote. Final bill ended up 760. Dollars. Labor Costs 280.00 dollars. August of 2023 had my Jeep Cherokee 2020 battery replaced , labor charge 72.00. Next time I’ll take it to Costco, Sam’s club or someplace else where I wont feel ripped off for exorbitant labor charges. Jeep mopar batteries should last longer than 32 months. New install supposedly warranty for 3 years unlimited mileage. Zane the service writer was friendly but doesn’t control the price. I will take my jeeps elsewhere for service due to the high costs . I’m a retired soldier and try to watch my funds and live within a budget. More
The service department says it has three days to look at a vehicle. Even if you schedule a specific day they might not look at it for 3 days. I worked with Zane and Quinn to have my Jeep serviced for an oil change at CJDR Lansing. Zane remembered me from buying tires during my last visit, and recommended a free tire rotation. Quinn cashed me out at the end and made sure to add my online discount coupon. The service team had me in and out of the shop within an hour, while I read a book in the comfortable lobby. The entire team was courteous and professional. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call to see if I was satisfied with my visit. I'd rate the experience a 10 out of 10! My tote bag on front was simply thrown and therefore emptied all over back seat , among other items. Repairs that I did not agree to were done. The ball was dropped. i did not approve of A/C recharge, or trans mission seal as that seal done been recently done at another.shop. More
