Horrible experience with this dealership. Whatever they are using to get people to think they are an honest / family dealership is a scam. The salesperson did their job and called me with a vehicle I wanted. I agreed to purchase it right away and the deal could be finished the next morning. I was a cash buyer but the dealership wanted me to finance some amount so they could get credit or allocations or whatever for selling a vehicle. Fine, I agreed to that and even agreed to purchase extended warranty which was another contingency the dealer demanded. I agreed to that as well. I submitted a credit application, my drivers license, and all of the info I didn't need to submit because I was a cash buyer. The dealership strung me along for several phone calls/texts/emails only to get all of this done and the salesperson called to tell me they sold it to someone else!!!! All of that info I submitted, all of the negotiations expecting to end up with this vehicle and they turn around and completely screw me! This dealership could care less to earn business, to make customers, to provide a good experience...They only care about numbers! Just another big dealership pretending to be a "local" experience.
