When I stopped into the lot a week ago to see what they had in stock in the Escape/Edge line I was greeted in the lot by Daryl. We looked at my options, I took an 2017 Escape for a test drive while he had my 2014 Focus appraised, I made my selection and he put out a notice to five other dealerships to locate the vehicle in the color I wanted. He kept in contact with me by phone throughout the process and I was able to complete the deal and drive my new vehicle home Wednesday evening. Just not a good experience!!! Called to make an appointment for a oil change for my vehicle. The receptionist, Faith is quite rude to customers. Terrible service I have 6 vehicles from this dealership and although the sales experience has always been smooth the service is not so good. I am currently on my 5th I have 6 vehicles from this dealership and although the sales experience has always been smooth the service is not so good. I am currently on my 5th trip to the dealer in 2 months to get the same original problem fixed. In this time I may have only driven the vehicle 150miles. I am completely dissatisfied with their service department. I will purchase my next car elsewhere. More
