Dealership lied about a vehicle being sold after a dealer trade was requested. Vehicle was confirmed available via text with Heather 5 minutes before dealership requested trade. When asked about the truth, manager Joe did not know I was the customer requesting if vehicle was in stock over the phone until someone interrupted the phone call and he came back on and said it was sold. Northgate is the type of dealership that gives car salespersons the bad rep that usually follows them. Very shady and dishonest.
