We have been dealing with Kathy Campbell since our first purchase. She goes above and beyond what she needs to do to sell me something. Whenever I call her and tell her what I want it's there the next day. I have traded in three trucks there and the trade in price was always acceptable. We've been looking for a Diesel powered truck to tow our Travel Trailer (11,000 Lbs empty) Our older gas 250 just struggled too much when we went through any mountainous terrain. About 6 months ago we took the old one in for a trade in estimate and they couldn't pay it off. Well out of the blue we get a letter (YES a letter in the mail) that they were looking for trade ins. This time they offered to pay it off and after a week or so scanning the inventories of dealers within 300 miles of here we found an F250 XLT to suit our needs.
