Recall leads to New Escape I dropped off my Focus to have a recall taken care of and stopped by to say "HI" to Heath Osterbeck, in sales, and ended up driving out with a new Esc I dropped off my Focus to have a recall taken care of and stopped by to say "HI" to Heath Osterbeck, in sales, and ended up driving out with a new Escape. Heath sold us our Focus and the Escape that we traded in and was friendly and helpful during both purchases, so we occasionally say HI when we are at Bill MacDonald's. Sometimes he is busy with a customer and sometimes he has the time to say Hello. Being friendly and courteous Heath makes time to inquire if he can help us with anything, i.e. service department or new vehicles. Wednesday it paid off for him as there was a new Escape in stock with the amenities that we like, so we traded in the old Escape for a new Escape. The first escape that our New Escape will take us on is to Alabama to attend the ceremony where our son will receive his warrant in the US Army at Fort Rucker. More

Great Place to do Business We have purchased from and serviced all of our vehicles with this dealership since moving into the area in 2004. When I stopped into the lot a week ago to see what they had in stock in the Escape/Edge line I was greeted in the lot by Daryl. We looked at my options, I took an 2017 Escape for a test drive while he had my 2014 Focus appraised, I made my selection and he put out a notice to five other dealerships to locate the vehicle in the color I wanted. He kept in contact with me by phone throughout the process and I was able to complete the deal and drive my new vehicle home Wednesday evening. Both Daryl, who handled the sale and Chris, who handled the financial paperwork, were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.. More

Just not a good experience!!! Called to make an appointment for a oil change for my vehicle. The receptionist, Faith is quite rude to customers.
