Priced out a new vehicle, thought the price was finale until I returned to pick up the car, I was told the price was now higher even though I was quoted x plan pricing. Found 2 defects with the car at until I returned to pick up the car, I was told the price was now higher even though I was quoted x plan pricing. Found 2 defects with the car at the time of delivery, and the dealer said that no one could do anything about it because the service people had all left. I was told to bring the car back the next day and the issues would be taken care of right away. Returned the next day and have now been told to come back day after tomorrow because the service people are busy again. I will probably take the car to another dealer at this point. I tried to shop local but am regretting it now, next time I'll just go to the larger dealer 10 miles away. More

I went to Bill MacDonald Ford after already having gone to Romeo Ford and Russ Milne. The Salesman who greeted me was friendly and knowledgeable, (unlike the one I had at Romeo). I try to help out local people as much as I can but this place is a joke. Every time I try to order parts, they NEVER have it in stock and I can think of at least 6 instances where this has happened. I called for a hood bumper for my explorer and the guy on the phone said they had "like 1000 of them in stock" so I said okay and went up there. Well I talk to another guy at the counter and he said he would have to order them and he has no idea what I am talking about when I told him I was told they were in stock. A simple, common part and they don't even have it in stock. Never again will I walk into that dealership. Russ Milne it is from now on! More
