If you choose to purchase a used car from them, be prepared to bring $3,000 in cash for their extended warranty—because without it, they will take no responsibility for the condition of the vehicle they sell you. My boyfriend purchased a 2019 Ford Flex from LaFontaine just seven months ago. Within the first three days, water started flooding through the firewall after a routine car wash. 3 days ago, the vehicle suffered a catastrophic engine failure when the timing chain failed, despite having the vehicle 7 months and putting only 15,000 miles in full synthetic oil (just as the third oil change since he purchased it was due). After having the Flex towed back to LaFontaine, we were quoted $11,000 for an engine replacement. More than what's owed on the vehicle! While he’s kicking himself in the butt for not purchasing the extended warranty, you would still hope that a "reputable franchise dealership" would stand by their service inspections before reselling a used vehicle. Seeking some level of accountability, we spoke with GM Jason Fox, requesting they cover part or all of the labor costs. His response? He simultaneously claimed that engine failures like this "hardly ever happen" while also arguing that covering such issues would put the dealership out of business—an unsettling contradiction. When I pointed this out, he became visibly agitated, dismissing our concerns rather than addressing them professionally. This experience has made it clear that LaFontaine is not committed to customer satisfaction or vehicle reliability. Buyers beware—without their expensive extended warranty, you’re on your own. More

Best service I've ever had at a Ford dealer. 200 times better than North Gate Ford. Service managers are straight shooters and very knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend them for Ford repairs.
