Great service team. They were efficient, skilled and did what they promised. They have worked on three of my cars and I have been very happy each time. Dave at the service counter can answer just about an what they promised. They have worked on three of my cars and I have been very happy each time. Dave at the service counter can answer just about any question regarding my cars. If he doesn’t know, which is rare he gets back to me in about an hour. More

Just not a good experience!!! Called to make an appointment for a oil change for my vehicle. The receptionist, Faith is quite rude to customers. Terrible service I have 6 vehicles from this dealership and although the sales experience has always been smooth the service is not so good. I am currently on my 5th I have 6 vehicles from this dealership and although the sales experience has always been smooth the service is not so good. I am currently on my 5th trip to the dealer in 2 months to get the same original problem fixed. In this time I may have only driven the vehicle 150miles. I am completely dissatisfied with their service department. I will purchase my next car elsewhere. More
bad bad bad I bought a used car from Bill MacDonald Ford, the price was good and the sales department was great. However that's where it ends. The car was les I bought a used car from Bill MacDonald Ford, the price was good and the sales department was great. However that's where it ends. The car was less than 5 years old. When I went to pick it up, it was filthy inside. They asked me to bring it back the next day and they'd detialed it. Next day, got it back it was still a mess, just smelled better and maybe vacuumed. After four times of taking it in to be detailed, I finally just did it myself. I mean really there were dirty fingerprints on the dash and the air vents that just wiped off.and splattered food on the head rest that came off pretty easy too. The car was also on empty when I went to pick it up and had some other issues as well. They did go fill it up but I had to wait about an hour. There was some paint bubbling on the rear wheel wells. The general manager insured me that they would take care of that at no charge. The car has been in the body shop now 7 times in two years to fix the same problem. The general manager assures me that they will fix this problem as long as i own the car. However the last two times that I called on it, I got the run around. First no returned phone calls, then excuses from the service department. Things like, we have to find a good time in the body shop schedule ... we don't have any loaners available ... and then the last one was that he had to have approval from the GM. This is ridiculous. Other problems arose as well. Paint peeled right off the area between the doors, bear metal was showing and they wouldn't take care of it unless I paid half. Also, I bought the car in the summer, come winter the rear defrost didn't work, and of course they wont cover it. The breaks were bad, the tires too. But they wouldn't help with any of it. In fact I've had it in for oil changes and they didn't even run the safety inspection or rotate the tires like they say. Finally, each time I've had to have it in, they give me a loaner car. Twice the car was out of gas and they told me to fill it and I'd be re-reimbursed. $50 in gas and they send me a $40 check. The cars they loan are crap, bad transmission, brakes, shaking, dirty and stink like smoke. The latest problem is again the paint bubbles. I have called every week, sometimes twice in a week, and have gotten no reply for over two months now. I called and asked to talk to Mr. MacDonald and was told that he was busy. I asked if i could leave my name and number and was told that I could but he probably wouldn't call me back anyway. More
