I try to help out local people as much as I can but this place is a joke. Every time I try to order parts, they NEVER have it in stock and I can think of at least 6 instances where this has happened. Well t place is a joke. Every time I try to order parts, they NEVER have it in stock and I can think of at least 6 instances where this has happened. Well the last visit was what made me write this review. I called for a hood bumper for my explorer and the guy on the phone said they had "like 1000 of them in stock" so I said okay and went up there. Well I talk to another guy at the counter and he said he would have to order them and he has no idea what I am talking about when I told him I was told they were in stock. A simple, common part and they don't even have it in stock. Never again will I walk into that dealership. Russ Milne it is from now on! More
