We were unsure about buying a foreign vehicle, because we never had at that point. We went to the dealership, and met Ha, we bought felt we had met a new friend. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel right at home. She showed us what was available, based on our needs. She never pressured us, she took us on a few test drives, to make sure we were getting what we wanted, and needed. Once we decided on a vehicle, she took the time to show us how to utilize all the features. We were assured by Ha, that we would never be a problem, if we had any issues or concerns. She provided us her number, and followed up with us, to see if the purchase was a good fit for us. That was in September 2011, since that time I have purchased two additional vehicles from Lafontaine, with only Ha, as my sales professional. She is so great, seriously, I love her! I feel that I made a friend. Whenever I visit the dealership, and the other staff, all professional , ask can they help? I always tell them, Ha, and they all smile. I am a very satisfied, Honda girl! I feel comfortable knowing that any issues that may arise, even post-purchase, I can address with her.
