Ha goes even farther, and gives a personal touch that I really appreciate when making big decisions about which car, how much I can afford, etc. There is never any pressure, and I am always impressed by her honesty and compassion. I have recommended LaFontaine, and Ha in particular, to friends who are looking for a new car. And I will certainly continue to do so. My latest experience was, as always, wonderful. More
Bad service Hello I had an appointment at the Toyota building to get my oil change today for my truck that I bought recently. First of all I had the appointment at 12:30 I waited until 2:00 to get it done. I don't know if the oil change take hour and a half to be done, anyway maybe they were behind today which is fine and i understand that. But I came home parked my truck on my drive way I went out in like half an hour and it was leaking on the drive way, so now my drive way is missed up and i have to take a day off on monday to get it fixed, this is so inconvenient. I always take my other cars to the Honda building and never had this problem.. For any suggestions mrmoquasher@gmail.com More

Misdiagnosis My car was misdiagnosed and had parts put on my car that it didn't need. I still have the same problem with my car, after misdiagnosis. I told the service person that I was told I need a new starter. They check and test the car and told me that my ignition was bad, so lafontain Dearborn ordered an ignition The next week they put it on, the next day I went to start my car and it would not start up. That why I took my Car there from the beginning. So I called the service person I told them what happened he said well it must be The starter locking up, ( DA ) so he said he would order the part and call me back with an appointment, I have Not heard from him yet it's been two days, I didn't get an apology for the misdiagnosis at all . I've been a loyal customer for eight years to lafontain Dearborn. They just lost a customer because of bad customer Service, misdiagnosis, and for putting a part on my car that I didn't need. More

Great Communication and Professional Courtesy! Derek Samp was very professional and courteous. He also checked with me while I waited to let me know the progress of the work. I appreciated his patience in answering my questions also. While I waited, my salesperson Tony stopped by. It always amazes me that he remember what I look like and even questions or concerns I had about my vehicle in months past! I feel like part of the La Fontaine family especially when I receive a Christmas card from Tony. Another gentleman stopped by (didn't get his name) to ask about the book I was reading. We talked about the music being played at the dealership and I mentioned I loved it! He explained it was 70's and 80's music through satellite radio. ( I think he works in the financial office there at La Fontaine Honda.) Everyone at LaFontaine is friendly and helpful. More
