This is the fourth vehicle I have gotten from LaFontaine. I haven't been disapointed yet. I have been a Honda owner since 1998, my first dealer experience was very poor-(they are no longer in business). When I determined to explore owning a van I looked at many different Brands but found the experience was very poor-(they are no longer in business). When I determined to explore owning a van I looked at many different Brands but found the Honda Odyssey to be the finest auto at the time. (2003).This was a lease van and I found it to be so enjoyable I decided to purchase a new one in 2005. Both of these vans were through LaFountaine on Telegraph road. The service, the sales and personal have all been very friendly, forthright and I believe honest in any dealings with me. I could probably name a few of those I have met and conversed with over the last 10 years but I would also probably forget a few. By the way I am nearly 74 but feel like one of the gang when I visit LaFountaine. Thank you Karen White More
Needing to purchase a new vehicle (first one ever), I entered LaFontaine Honda with high hopes. After attending the North American International Auto Show, I set my sights on a 2013 Honda Civic. Working with Tonya Sweat was a great pleasure. She is a credit to her position and went above and beyond all that I expected. She went that extra mile to help me acheive my dreams of again owning a Honda vehicle. If there was a higher rating than a 5, I would have chose that. I would without hesitation, recommend LaFontaine Honda to all of my family and friends who are in search of a new vehicle. More
We purchased a vehicle today, March 1, 2013. It was a used 2010 Honda Civic. James was very helpful, friendly, and also went far beyond what is necessary to sell this car. I encountered a Dream Team at LaFontaine. They performed a miracle. I drove in with an 11 year old car and drove out in a new Honda Fit. She was candid but caring. Michelle and Joe in Finance worked their magic and were also very enthusiastic, positive but honest, no promises, but everyone worked hard to get me into my new car. Tony was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and thorough in his explanations and comments. Tony remained interested in my needs and stayed with the conversation over an approximate 60 day period, without needlessly pushing to either sell the vehicle or losing interest. Tony has the experience to know that thoughtful and courteous conversations will result in a potential customer buying the right car for the right reasons. I would recommend Tony as a salesman to seek out at LaFontaine Honda. More
I wanted to purchase two new rear tires for my Pilot. However, my intent was to make an appointment for for the following week. One rear tire was low, and after filling it with air, the air began to 'ooz However, my intent was to make an appointment for for the following week. One rear tire was low, and after filling it with air, the air began to 'ooze' out! This turn of events meant a visit to your service department a week early, without an appointment. No problem! I had my oil changed and two new tires! As always, I had fast, friendly, quality service from the excellent, if not Awesome Staff in your Service Department. I have had many experiences at other non-Honda dealers in my years of driving. I can say that I could never compare them to the wonderful folks at Honda. More
