Excellent buy experience, but awful service experience I bought my 2014 Honda Pilot 2 years ago and had a wonderful saleswoman that made the whole experience the best I had when buy a car. About a year la I bought my 2014 Honda Pilot 2 years ago and had a wonderful saleswoman that made the whole experience the best I had when buy a car. About a year later my paint over my windshield start to peel. I contact the service dept. and got nowhere. Next I talk to the used car manager and he was wonderful. I was able to get a loaner car while they worked on my car. I couldn't say enough good things about how I was treated. That being said I have tried to deal with the service dept. on several occasions and have come away with nothing but a headache. From not being able to get anyone in the service dept to answer the phone to being told there is nothing they can do. The last time I explained that I live 2 1/2 hours away and work full time so I am not able to come during the week. Their suggestion was drop off your car on Saturday and we can look at it on Monday. How am I supposed to get to work? That being said I would suggest that although the sales is wonderful at this dealership I would look to another Honda dealership due to the service you will receive after the sale. More

Great sales people I initially met with the manager on arrival and worked with Ha. Ha listened to my needs and what I was looking for.
