After a truly wonderful test drive, Suzie was able to swiftly close the deal with us (even advising that we go to dinner while she was doing the paperwork, most dealers would keep you in waiting room purgatory during the credit check and paperwork) She took my husband and myself through all the paper work and helped me set up my phone via Bluetooth. In the days following receipt of the vehicle, I noticed a paint chip. Suzie advised me to take the car in and got me signed up for service in minutes.
