I took my 2021 Kia Seltos to this location, for breaks I can hear them scrubbing. I dropped my vehicle off for 6hrs just for them to tell me that my breaks were fine. They mentioned them measuring at a cert can hear them scrubbing. I dropped my vehicle off for 6hrs just for them to tell me that my breaks were fine. They mentioned them measuring at a certain standard which means I didn’t need them but I don’t understand if I don’t need breaks why do I hear them scrubbing. I was charged $108 for no maintenance to be done to my vehicle on top of that I requested if they could spray my car down a bit because it was covered in bird poop. They didn’t even accommodate me there after I paid $108 for nothing I don’t think a car wash was asking for too much! I will be taking my vehicle else where to get a second opinion because my breaks are still scrubbing when I’m coming to a stop. More
