Was told a repair would take a day or two. Repair took 5 days. Each time I called, the service department claimed it would be done that day. A much better course of action would simply have be Repair took 5 days. Each time I called, the service department claimed it would be done that day. A much better course of action would simply have been telling me it would take several days in the beginning. Instead, by the end, I was doubting the competence and honesty of this dealership. Sadly, that impression has remained. Particularly sad to lose faith in a business and family I have known for decades. My next car will not come from Lafontaine Kia. More

Service and attendance was great in the beginning, after that everything went terribly, no contact, same answer every phone call, “ we will call you back “ and never anything took my car In for a insurance that everything went terribly, no contact, same answer every phone call, “ we will call you back “ and never anything took my car In for a insurance claim for 10000$ alot of money for a fix and my car to come back out still clanking and tire pressure sensor broken, been trying to get in contact for 2 months with voice messages, messages left for management, and still nothing empty promises and words for the sales they get. Bought 2 cars and it’ll be last since the service gets worse the more business you give. More
Went in for a coolant leak that was very noticeable, They did "the best" they could but couldn't find the leak due to "warranty" limits on the tests, The service advisor also suggested i get the recall that did "the best" they could but couldn't find the leak due to "warranty" limits on the tests, The service advisor also suggested i get the recall that was on my vehicle and i said that's perfect. Comes to find out not only did they not find the leak they also didn't do the recall! I then Called asking questions about it and constantly got put on hold since the advisor was unaware on how to handle the situation. Brought the car to another dealership and they found the coolant leak in less than an hour! More
