Mazda service experience was mediocre. No one showed up or called to get my vehicle as was originally scheduled. After 10 days of not hearing from the service department I called to reschedule another day that LaFontaine would pick up my vehicle. After three days of not hearing back I called and scheduled a time to bring the car in myself. Follow up from the service department is not great, on hold for 10 minutes at time, difficulty getting through to a live person in general. More

My experience was fine, but why do they send emails to book your appointment online? I tried twice and it didn’t work. McKenna and Cameron were extremely helpful when I brought my car in for maintenance. I had an appointment set for the end of the month as it was their earliest availability, I called a few days later because my car in for maintenance. I had an appointment set for the end of the month as it was their earliest availability, I called a few days later because I was worried about the noise for the issue. McKenna was able to work me into their schedule sooner. And my car was done in a day. It was super helpful! More
Absolute worst dealership I have ever tried to do business with. I bought a vehicle from them and they promised to have a hitch out on it the following Wednesday. They knew I needed it done so that I business with. I bought a vehicle from them and they promised to have a hitch out on it the following Wednesday. They knew I needed it done so that I could leave for Texas the following Friday, for a month, pulling a trailer. The hitch was put on a week after I left. The were supposed to check out the heat as well. Then they promised to have it delivered to my home before I returned. Didn’t happen. I had a friend pick it up while I was on my way back home. He said that they seemed shady when he was there picking it up. After that I drove it for 15 miles and all the oil drained onto my driveway. They finally came and picked it up to check it out. Found that they didn’t even tighten the oil filter when they serviced it. Then while checking the heat they found the head gasket was blown. This was in November of 2024. I have been told several times they are waiting on parts. Now at the end of March they just ignore everything. I’m glad that I didn’t complete the satisfaction call or I would be stuck with a loan and no vehicle. I guess I should have read the reviews for their dealership before going there. 100% don’t do business with this dealer. More
