Went in for regular maintenance. I had to ask them to reset the maintenance reminder, which is normally part of the job. The next day the low washer fluid light came on. Mazda service experience was mediocre. No one showed up or called to get my vehicle as was originally scheduled. After 10 days of not hearing from the service department I called to resche No one showed up or called to get my vehicle as was originally scheduled. After 10 days of not hearing from the service department I called to reschedule another day that LaFontaine would pick up my vehicle. After three days of not hearing back I called and scheduled a time to bring the car in myself. Follow up from the service department is not great, on hold for 10 minutes at time, difficulty getting through to a live person in general. More

McKenna and Cameron were extremely helpful when I brought my car in for maintenance. I had an appointment set for the end of the month as it was their earliest availability, I called a few days later because my car in for maintenance.
