Went to see if I could qualify for car lease, gave Matt my info. I'm disabled and on fixed income. Then Matt sent me in to see Chris. Also registeted the car in my name and ordered plates. Gave me key and sent me on my way. I asked Matt what I should do if I got pulled over with out plastic drivers license. He said to tell them at court and they could look it up. The paperwork was falsified to show my income as higher than it is. Shame what some people will do to get the DEAL. Be careful! Especially if your mentally disabled like I am. More

It's rare to have everything go perfectly in an auto purchase. There are always little details where something needs to be addressed after the sale. In June of 2013 I purchased a new GTI for my wife at LaFontaine and the entire process went perfectly. We are entirely satisfied with the car, with the salesman (Matt Szabla) and LaFontaine VW. We traveled across town, from Shelby Township to Dearborn for this purchase and it was well worth the drive. Saved a bunch of money and the dealership treated us with great respect and attention. The Service Dept followed up with us and have already completed the complimentary first service and it all went well. Do yourself a favor, if you are considering a VW go to LaFontaine in Dearborn. Great car, great deal and great service! Could not recommend them highly enough. More
