Bradley Greenfield is a terrific service advisor. I always appreciate working with him! He’s so friendly, polite and willing to go above and beyond for you. In my case he worked to get my car in im I always appreciate working with him! He’s so friendly, polite and willing to go above and beyond for you. In my case he worked to get my car in immediately to start service, initially quoting me 2 hours and got me out in 1 hr 15 minutes. I haven’t had a great experience with my brand new xc60 IHU. I’ll be bringing it back in for the 3rd time now for additional troubleshooting and Bradley worked with me to get the appointment scheduled and a loaner reserved. I never feel rushed going there. I will mention a few things about the service technicians and included services offered. The tech working on my car left plenty of dirty finger and hand prints in my interior so in a way I feel like you’re not returning my car to me in the same condition I gave it to you. On this day the service bay was not busy either which I would’ve be a bit more understanding about but rather this is sloppiness. My other issue is with the lack of detail (and perhaps full service) provided in the service video and paperwork. I’m left wondering if at this 20k maintenance appointment they also checked/adjusted break fluid, coolant, washer fluid and condition of cabin air filter! Like what the heck LaFontaine Volvo. Step it up. More
