We bought a used 2018 Suburban forester for my daughter's first car. She was away at school when my husband and I first viewed the car. Bought a used XC60in 2021, the sales lady was nice, did not show my girlfriend how to work anything on/or in the suv. We had to immediately. Had it towed by Volvo to Farmington hills where we bought it, they had no idea it was there for 3 days! As both of us called them the next day to see how long it would be till they could look at it. They said may 1st, we had to get a rental car cause they had nothing to give her to drive. Almost 900$ on a rental car for 13 days. Called them for reimbursement they gave us half back on a factory warranty problem. Never again will we look at another Volvo! Never had an issue with Subaru or Chevy for a rental! Worst dealership ever!!! More
