Excellent service. I took my car into LaFontane of Farmington Hills with engine icon illuminating. Bradley and the service tech determined a sensor was the problem. The service team at LaFontaine Volvo is phenomenal. They always come through when they need to. I used their very convenient website to book my appointment for a valet service. They came to my workplace and picked up the keys from my secretary and had a very professional and courteous driver (his name was Nick) drive the car back to the dealer to get my maintenance completed. They told me that the car would be done same day, and they brought it back 2 hours before the estimated time! The car was perfectly detailed as well. Joy and Christian were helpful, easy to work with, communicative and incredibly accommodating. I service my Volvo, Subaru, and Jeep all through LaFontaine Volvo because of their incredible service! The dealership seems to be well organized. Follow up on questions was OK but often the response was "we can't share that information". This was especially true about the final contract and financing documents. Additionally, at the close the finance person stepped me through a bunch of enhanced warranty options. I had not been introduced in any way to those options and felt blind sided. On a positive note they found the car I was looking for, acquired it from another dealer and worked diligently on discounts and Volvo incentives. I believe they need to work on internal processed to fully disclose to the customer the documents that need to be signed and options for additional warranties. More

Used web site to book service but it failed to register on dealer’s calendar. Was told one issue couldn’t be addressed without leaving the car…. Which required advance notice.
