Excellent Service, Very Satisfied No dealership is perfect and I'm fully aware of that. This review is geared to expressing my satisfaction based on a seven-year relationship with LaS No dealership is perfect and I'm fully aware of that. This review is geared to expressing my satisfaction based on a seven-year relationship with LaSorsa, in fact it's a little over seven years. My most recent visit clearly demonstrated that Mr. John Zahra is fully committed in meeting the needs of Buck customers within the guidelines and procedures established by Buick. I am extremely happy that he made sure my issues were resolved and that I was treated as a valuable customer. If I ever felt like not using Buick in the future, as long as he's there, I have the absolute confidence that I can trust that he will always do the right thing. He listens, he's respectful, he values the importance of individuals as vital to the success of Buick and he delivers. If there is a problem he will do his very best to get it resolved. I know that this may appear to be a review more of Mr. Zahra than of Buick but he's the face of Buick and his interaction with customers does set the tone for how the rest of the service associates work. I respect him and trust him fully and do hope LaSorsa realizes the value he brings to the corporation. More

I give them 5 stars for their great customer Service, they will do their best to make you feel comfortable. The waiting area is nice and clean, there is free wifi, vending machines etc.. Every time I go there The whole staff treats me well and take good care of my car. After taking your car to the Service department you will always receive a email from Mr John Zahra who is the Service Manager at lasorsa to make sure that his team has solved all your concern, and thanking you for visiting them. 1/2 Truths and a lot of fast talk They think you will not check things out, I found out they where playing games with a lease return program. Telling me they where going to pick up pay They think you will not check things out, I found out they where playing games with a lease return program. Telling me they where going to pick up payments I did not owe, would split the difference in the over mileage, when GE Financial was picking up the whole thing. Found about 1/2 the rebates we where eligible for. Played to many games and double talk. So I cancelled the car and now getting the deposit back, or even a return phone call is next to impossible. Every time I call I am transferred to somebody's voice mail. BUYER BEWARE More
