I wouldn't call it a business transaction. It was more like a hostage situation. Why did it take 7+ hours to complete a transaction? I'm a senior citizen with health issues and I get a little confused later in the day. I had gone all afternoon/evening without food. Twice I requested we suspend the transaction and finish the next day but there was always an excuse. By the time I was signing the paperwork the whole dealership was dark and shutdown, only the room I was sitting in and the hallway had lights on. I really don't even know what all I signed for because by then I would have signed anything to get out of there. I doubt that paperwork would hold up in a court of law if I chose to contest it. What they did should NOT be legal. I couldn't believe the audacity of the sales person to ask for a review, so here you go Barbaro Pedraja, here is your review. I came to buy a specific car, you didn't sell me on anything. All you had to do was to make the transaction go as smoothly and quickly as possible - you failed. I regret doing business with these people. More

I found this dealership on Autotrader and they had the vehicle I wanted advertised for 64K which is a GREAT price. I made the online offer and did the credit report online. I received follow up texts from Angie, in which I disclosed that I was concerned that the price might include charracteristics which do not apply to me: I am not military, not a first responder, not FFA. She involved Mike, who I believe to be a manager. They quoted me a price of $67,780 not including tax, tag, title. At the last moment, while I was headed there, the hour away from me, they told me the finance fee was 9.5%. I said that was very high and I would not pay it. They then told me the deal was contingent on me financing with them. I said thank you and goodbye. Five minutes later, Mike called me and said he would honor the price and I could pay cash. The next day I texted in that I needed a final price because I was going to pay cash. Angie texted back that the price required financing. I then telephoned Mike who had told me something different the night before, and he said there was an additional $2k fee for not financing with him. I hung up, and then thought about it, and $69k was still a good price. So I telephoned him back and he told me that the dealership had decided they did not want to do business with me! I reviewed in my mind whether or not I had said or done anything rude or unpleasant to this business, and I did not. I think they just planned to dupe me and did not know how to get out of their lies and false advertising. I would never do business with them either. They not only lied in their advertising, but they made me feel horrible about myself! More

However, something inside me told me to give them a call find out what my out the door price was mind you the purchase price was just under $16800. How in the world is my out the door price $24,500??? They add so many hidden fees that they don't tell you about I would not recommend this place exactly why they have a 1.5 star review. More
