On January 12th 2012, I managed to slide my 2011 Subaru Outback off the road while on my way to Catskill. Fortunly for me they were not real busy that day and took me right in within 10 minutes after I arrived, they checked the car over and found no damage, I have been using Lacy's for over 20 years, and with a service department like this I will always use Lacy's, I could not thank them enough. It's nice to know these days that there are still reputable dealerships in this world, and R.C. Lacy is deffently one of them. More

Service is pretty good - be sure to deal with Doug for best results. As with most Ford dealers, loaners are restricted to those folks that actually bought the car at Lacy. Inventory is strong on trucks and used vehicles, a little more limited on new cars. If you are one of the few who can get an unbeatable price, Lacy is an excellent dealer to do business with. More
