Quite disappointed! I came here the other day since I was shopping for a new Sonata and a very good friend recommended them. His sales rep was Bucky so I did make contact with by texting first and then by phone. He's a great chap and very personable. I made an appointment to come in to test drive the car, which I did. Bucky was with another client so he turned me over to Ed. I was serious and really wanted to buy the car but it seemed that the dopey car dealer games were starting... I had a price from another dealer and when I finally revealed it, they said it was impossible and I was going to get worked by the other place! Their final price was higher so I wasn't going to leave over $2,000 on the table as a consumer no matter how much I liked these guys! I did purchase the car from another store today and actually got a better deal! I'm so disappointed since I really wanted to do business with these guys. More
