Recently purchased a jeep, and it was great! Easy, fast and no issues. Would recommend, and I already know where am going again for my next car.
Was a pleasure working with Dianne and the staff at Lahti's. Dianne stayed after hours during the pandemic to allow me to test drive a new Grand Cherokee, which I ended up purchasing a few days later. Would recommend doing business with Lahti's.

1/8/2020 The car I wanted to look at wasnt at dealer the morning I went to see it, an employees son was using the car as a loaner. Drove another Cherokee, fell in love with the model and signed papers on the one being used as a loaner. Signed papers around 5PM, London a manager comes over to verify Diannes paperwork and says “someone else is coming to look at the car”. There’s no need to lie and make someone uncomfortable while they were signing papers physically purchasing the vehicle. That’s unacceptable. Got the car home next day, got harassed by Diane L asking to write a review for them 3 times by text and email. January 27th Glad I held off, less than 3 weeks of having the car it was making such a loud squealing noise I could hear it from inside my home, call them immediately and was told there were no openings. After 5-10 call backs fighting with Ron and Jaime I got an appointment for the car to be looked at. When asking for a loaner Diane L actually asked me why I needed a loaner. Well I live in Clinton, and am not walking home from Leominster, on the highway. How would I have gotten to work? 1/30/2020 3 days the car is at Lathis supposedly being worked on, I had to call and then found out they sold me a car with a faulty water pump. No update was given to me when the problem was found. 2/1/2020 Another few days goes by without hearing from anyone, I call again. Find out the Water Pump house adapter needs to be replaced too. My cars been there a week now, I call and speak to Jason Fournier the manager. After voicing my concerns, he claims “this happens all the time”. And says “my family has plenty of money, were not here to take yours”. Also tells me “oh your car was actually ready yesterday, we forgot to call you”. You shouldn’t be that entitled when you can’t even run a business. Over $1,000 worth of work put into the car and a few days later-
2/6/2020 car starts making same noise. Dropped off immediately, was told by Ron service manager that a belt was replaced last time, which I was never told. Now the tensioner/tension rod and pulley systems are being replaced too.
Car they gave me as a loaner while mine was “being fixed” had a crack in the windshield. Seems everything on their lot is faulty/falling apart. London, Diane L, Ron and Jason gave me the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I truly wish I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
