So far so good...Grand Cherokee Limited 2017 My experience with Fred and Lahti's Jeep was a great experience.. I'm a very busy person and the Lahti's was on schedule with everything they promised My experience with Fred and Lahti's Jeep was a great experience.. I'm a very busy person and the Lahti's was on schedule with everything they promised.. No pressure to buy and No surprises.. All in all it was a great experience.. The next test will be there service department when needed, but I already got a good vibe from the few I spoke with regarding my older Jeep that I was going to fix before I decided to purchase my 2017.. When I walked into the dealership I was met by a warm and friendly smile and an a firm handshake from Diane and it was a great adventure from there. I came in after i saw a vehicle on the website and she br friendly smile and an a firm handshake from Diane and it was a great adventure from there. I came in after i saw a vehicle on the website and she brought me right to it and explained the car in terms that were not over my head and that i could understand. she answered any and all questions or concerns that i came up with. The test drive was awesome and she was waiting for me when I returned. I signed on the dotted line right then. Diane explained in great detail the service contract and warranty that I was eligible for and I purchased both. She really made me feel like she was taking care of me and had my best interest in mind. I know that I will never drive anything other than a Jeep now that I own one and it will always be purchased from Diane! Best Customer Service EVER! More
