I was not impressed that I had to pay the document fee twice when it was not my fault that I had to have a part installed a week later because the AC tech called in the day it was supposed to have been in twice when it was not my fault that I had to have a part installed a week later because the AC tech called in the day it was supposed to have been installed and then the AC tech got behind and they asked me to come in the following week. I realize it’s $5 but it’s the point of the matter. The lady told me it’s charged every time an invoice is created. Not a good policy. More
