I really like the lady who was the service writer for my visit. However, I went in for a recall and an oil change and the bill came over $500. I'm usually satisfied with the service department there, howeve visit. However, I went in for a recall and an oil change and the bill came over $500. I'm usually satisfied with the service department there, however I feel like they were trying to sell me more products and services that I needed. In order to get the recall done I had to buy a new battery which is almost $275. I also believe they were trying to sell me a set of tires because they said my tires were dry rotted. That may be true however I was leaving town so couldn't verify it. I'm not questioning your honesty but it always seems like the dealership always tries to upsell me on more products and services. Again, this is just a comment and I'm not 100% sure. I plan to still use your services More

Haliey was friendly and nice. Overall though I was not pleased. I took the truck in to get it fixed at 7:00 am. I had to call at 4pm to find out the status on the repair. I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment a week ahead of time and then during the week I received multiple emails reminding me of the appointment. Then I drive to the station on Saturday morning and nobo of time and then during the week I received multiple emails reminding me of the appointment. Then I drive to the station on Saturday morning and nobody is there and it is closed and there’s a sign on the window that says we are closed and taking inventory today. So it was a waste of a fair amount of my Saturday morning. When I rescheduled and came back. The person at the counter was not very empathetic to their mistake, however, he eventually understood the inconvenience, and I received a discount on the Service. All in all I would rate the experience as average. More

Most of the work was covered by our warranty, and the rest was very reasonably priced. Their customer service was excellent, and they even offered a shuttle service if I needed it. I’m loyal to companies that provide excellent customer service, and Laird Noller Ford has definitely earned my loyalty. I’ll be bringing my vehicle here from now on! More
