Biggest scam this is the olny place that has every charged me for a problem that has a recall on it. plus keep trying to sell other stuff had to change my air filter so they could do a proper test. Dropped off vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and software update the night before the appointment. They said the vehicle would be done the next day for pickup and I would receive text updates. Never received a text notice, so I both text and called later that next day to confirm my vehicle was done before driving 20 miles to pick it up. I needed the vehicle to go out of town (which I had shared with them when I dropped off the vehicle). Got a call mid morning the day after the vehicle was to be finished. Had to find another vehicle to go out of town. To finish this nightmare, the software update to fix the issue with the electronic dash read out freezing - did not work. I now have another appointment a week out. More

Did not complete full synthetic oil service as requested. Used synthetic blend and then charged me $18 for an oil additive.
