I feel like it’s okay for oil changes but I’ve had a few issues with upselling, including being told my battery was almost done and needed replaced. Went to auto parts store and battery was fine. It was a new battery so thought it was weird they tried to upsell. This has happened a few times at this location. I keep going back for oil changes because I dread finding a new shop but I don’t trust these people. More

They were great a few years ago but past few interactions have not been great. They ordered parts and then the parts were wrong but didn’t know until I had come in for the repair more than a week after recei have not been great. They ordered parts and then the parts were wrong but didn’t know until I had come in for the repair more than a week after receiving the parts. They also sold tires that are less than 4 years old and under 50k miles on them and have a warranty but apparently have dry rot and they won’t repair/replace because it isn’t their tire. Not very helpful for their recommended product. More
