I find they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is pleased. Although the service department did all they could when installing a tow hitch on my new 2019 Edge, I wish Ford parts and support was as good. The Ford lighting module had incorrect wiring instructions, and apparently the part needed to allow the foot activated tailgate to function with a hitch installed isn't yet available for my 2019 Edge. Unnecessary delays and loss of a major feature left me less than happy with Ford. More

Poor service My transmission went out in my 2015 transit service truck. Took it in and told them the transmission was out, in 2 weeks they called me back to tell m My transmission went out in my 2015 transit service truck. They got the transmission in there shop a week later and then they kept putting other vehicles ahead of it . I did not get it back until 7 week had gone by. I would never take a vehicle there again. There service manager Josh will lie to you and makes one excuse after another. More
