Quick and Easy I called to set my service appointment which was easy. I used the convenient night drop box the evening before. Disappointed this round Truck with 55 k miles needs new plugs due to fouling. Supposed to be changed at 100k. Replaced door latch but still doesn’t work properly. Check Engine light I had a check engine light come on. I took my F-150 to Laird Noller Ford for diagnosing. It was a bad catalytic converter, or fuel pump control module I had a check engine light come on. I took my F-150 to Laird Noller Ford for diagnosing. It was a bad catalytic converter, or fuel pump control module and/or spark plugs-coils & cables. Be sure to check emissions control warranty information because had I not it would have cost me a small fortune. It turned out to be a catalytic converter covered by the warranty but the fuel pump control module was not covered. More

Service Center Experience Dealing with the service center and more importantly with Michael at Laird Noller was nothing but positive. My Escape was in service for several days Dealing with the service center and more importantly with Michael at Laird Noller was nothing but positive. My Escape was in service for several days due to a noise that took awhile to find and fix. Michael was not going to release my vehicle until he located the noise and fixed the problem which turned out to be very important. He gave me a vehicle to use during this time so I would still have transportation. He was very professional and attentive but yet just a downright nice kind of a guy a person would want to know. This service happened last October so my apologies in submitting this survey late. More
