Pleasant Service Visit Jerry Hall was so nice and helpful. I'm not sure who the young man who serviced my car was, but he did a great job. Jerry advised me I will need new tires and battery after about 10,000 more miles and gave me a printout of tire possibilities. He was very helpful and it is great to know ahead of time I will need to replace the tires and battery. More
Lube Lane is always great! Everyone in the oil change dept is always great and informational. I have enjoyed working with Michael for years prior, and although he was not there when I went in, I was still shown items that need repair by Jerry (which wasn't great news as it is in the tune of up to$4000 on my 2013 Fusion Turbo oil leak.) Overall customer care is great, espeically in the service department (Aaron specifically has always been a super amazing resourse and has continued to deliver excellent service to me) ....one department I have became familiar with very well due to the same Fusion having various mechanical failrues over the years I have owned it. I have came to a place where I will most likely be shopping for another vehicle since my Fusion seems to be failing me, and I am not sure if I will be purchasing another Ford or not. I have always loved my Fusion, however, with it costing me over $3500 already out of pocket for various repairs and maitnance over the last two years, I am torn between dumping more money into it vs buying new. Which Mohammed Al-Otaibi has been extremly helpful to get me numbers, inform me about current modles for sale, and his follow up has been fantastic! Customer service and follow up is top knotch however! More

Price Had a leak in the brake booster on my 2013 Ford Escape. Only brought to Dealership because of a door latch recall that needed to be addressed as well Had a leak in the brake booster on my 2013 Ford Escape. Only brought to Dealership because of a door latch recall that needed to be addressed as well. $770 bill to replace a $159 part. Charged $90 to diagnose the problem, $459 for labor, $22 for 4 hex nuts, old ones were left on the floorboard, and $33 for shop supplies. Just seemed like a lot for labor, didn't tell me how many hours it took but Mike did me an accurate estimate of what it would cost. Dealership did give me a loaner to use because it took 4-5 days for parts to arrive. I did purchase the car new from Laird Noller. Treated well but dealership always is higher, but this was a lot higher. I think you need more master techs because it was a week before I could even get in for the initial appointment. More
