Appointments are scheduled in good order, I am taken care of quickly and the lines of communication are kept open. I could not ask for better customer service.....which sadly is becoming a lost art..!! Aaron is definitely an asset to the dealership's team. Fixed the cause but not the effect. Went in because my 2017 focus moon roof would leak water into the car when it rained. It caused water to pool in the ceiling causing stains. Turns out the drain tubes were never installed at the factory. The service center identified this and installed the tubes (was told the body center performed the installation). However, they didn't clean the water stains caused by this problem nor did they tell me if they inspected for water damage. I probably should have asked so I guess some of the blame is on me but I would assume that since it was a problem caused by Ford they would want to correct all of the damage caused by the manufacturer of the car. (Don't have the invoice so the person I checked in the employees section is inaccurate) More

Unannounced price change I have been going to laird noller for service since first moving to Lawrence in 2013. The price has always been around 34.00. At the most recent visit I have been going to laird noller for service since first moving to Lawrence in 2013. The price has always been around 34.00. At the most recent visit the price suddenly raised to 58.00. When I asked about the change in price I was informed the new manager decided to end the ongoing special price at the beginning of the month. While I will still return to the shop for tire rotation, I will be getting all future service done elsewhere. More
Incompetent Body Shop Bought my truck from Laird Noller and was hit by another driver 3 weeks later. Laird Noller Collision Center in Lawrence has had my f150 for 7 weeks. Bought my truck from Laird Noller and was hit by another driver 3 weeks later. Laird Noller Collision Center in Lawrence has had my f150 for 7 weeks. Tried to give it back to me with a terrible paint job and a bad rear door. They fixed the paint after 2 more tries. Been waiting 3 weeks for just the door to get fixed but they don’t know how. Keep telling me Ford tech support has to tell them how to do it. I will never use this dealer or body shop again. They don’t know how to do the work and repeatedly try to say the truck is done without fixing obvious problems. Total incompetence. More
