Also, Lincoln concierge service includes a car wash, but they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half before they could do this. They were washing new cars (which could've waited) and gotten mine done much quicker. This certainly wasn't concierge service. More

Exceptional customer service I came in for a routine oil & tire change. Happened to mention that my C-Max had an annoying "rattle", @ 11,000 miles.
