They have always given me what I need for my car at a fair price without any hassles and have often worked me into their schedule on short notice if needed. Excellent Service Went to Ford right before Thanksgiving for 40,000 mile maintenance. Everyone was very friendly. I had also recently purchased the car and did not know the door combination. Steve pulled it for me at no charge. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Dead Battery - Resolved! I can always count on the service team at Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence, Kan. When my less-than-two-year-old Hyundai Santa Fe Sport had to be jump I can always count on the service team at Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence, Kan. When my less-than-two-year-old Hyundai Santa Fe Sport had to be jump-started in the late-night cold, and again the next morning, I took it in early to be checked out and left with a brand new battery, courtesy of Hyundai. While I was there the service manager reminded me it was time for an oil change, and offered to take care of it while I was there. He even gave me the current service coupon discount even though I didn't have my e-mailed coupon with me. More
45,000 and going strong! I am very happy with my Hyundai Veloster service experience. I went in to have my car checked out to make sure all was good at 45,000 miles and to ha I am very happy with my Hyundai Veloster service experience. I went in to have my car checked out to make sure all was good at 45,000 miles and to have my navigation system updated. I had tried to get the navigation system updated in the summer while they had a sale on but they didn't have the update available for my car. I was promised an update at the sale price once it was available. Then, I managed to forget about it. They gave me the update at the sale price even though the person who had promised me the update at the sales price was no longer working in the service department! Sadly, the new software update took much longer to install than anyone had anticipated and I think they kept the service department open to finish it up for me. They are such a nice group of people and they work hard to make it a great experience. Thanks guys! More

I work for the Lawrence Douglas County Fire Medical, and I am use to seeing that from our guys. they step up all the time and I am always impressed then too because their so young, but honestly I don't see it anywhere else that often. I guess what I am saying is going above and beyond. I guess what I saying, I had to have something extra on my truck. I got to watch him perform with the other customers, I mean he worked the floor from getting the older guy in and out to helping someone get air in there tire and still answering that dang phone which he answered it with such professionalism each time whether he was overwhelmed or not. I had to note this, he will go far. and far as my service I too was impressed, as well. Thank you so much Debi Thompson More
