2nd experience with this service advisor. Both times I've felt as if my concerns with my vehicle issues were treated as if they were not valid. I am aware that a tech has to evaluate issues b Both times I've felt as if my concerns with my vehicle issues were treated as if they were not valid. I am aware that a tech has to evaluate issues but it seemed like 20 questions directed as if the issue was me not my vehicle. Also, even though it's a pre-owned vehicle we've had it less than a year, has some manufacture warranty left and have a full extended warranty. Feel as if constantly advised as if these warranties cover nothing and going to have out of pocket cost just to have things looked at/diagnosed. Buying a vehicle through a dealership I take into consideration the service department as a big deal. At this point I have considered moving to the Topeka Laird Noller service dept but want to give the Lawrence dealership another chance. Thank you. Becky Ewy. More

This dealership was great to work with buying a vehicle. They were understanble about me financing through a credit union. I test drive the car within the first few minutes of bring there. I drove an hour and a half to buy a 2016 Ford fusion titanium. This was my first financed car. I recommend going to this dealership. It was a quick in and out trip. More
