To address your wait time concern, we want apologize if this was not communicated effectively, typically an oil change plus the rotation can take up to an hour, and occasionally exceed that as well as we see in your instance. There are many factors that can affect the time, and we do want to apologize that this was not addressed appropriately during your visit. Additionally, we do want to pass along an apology for the employees eating lunch at their desks, we ask that our employees are present to address any needs guests when they have them, and unfortunately there is the occasional time when coincides with their lunch, as it is not ideal, we do our best to put the customers first in those situations. We do want to thank you for servicing with us, and hopefully we can better assist you in future visits. Happy New Year.
