Great vacation help I seen the vehicle I purchased the night before I left on a vacation south for a week. They held the vehicle for me , no hassle at all even when they I seen the vehicle I purchased the night before I left on a vacation south for a week. They held the vehicle for me , no hassle at all even when they had 16 other people wanting to buy it. They knew me from no where. I drove 4 hours to get there from my home. Poor customer service. My car was under an extended warranty and I had to take my car back 3 times for the same issue, each time having to pay a $100 deductible. Each and every time I went to pick up my vehicle I had to hear that they hadn't received payment from the warranty company as of yet which is NOT my problem! Your sales people sell the warranties, stick by them when people use them down the road! Frustrating beyond words to say the least...left 2 messages for a manager to call me and never heard a word back but I can guarantee you that word of mouth will travel fast about this service department! More
