Oil change I had a scheduled oil change here at Braeger. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to get the best deal available. The only I had a scheduled oil change here at Braeger. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to get the best deal available. The only complaint is that it took and hour and a half to complete, usually they are quicker than this. More

Nothing different, nothing fixed. Went in because my car shimmies when I turn corners and vibrates when I push on accelerator at parking lots speeds and because the car will not automa Went in because my car shimmies when I turn corners and vibrates when I push on accelerator at parking lots speeds and because the car will not automatically connect the bluetooth directly to my phone. I have to "forget" my phone only to "pair devices" to get my phone to blue tooth again. And they said all of it works "perfect for them" and returned my car. Pretty sure something is wrong with my radio and with power steering and that's a scary thought while driving down the road. Will not return to this dealership, not even to buy a new rig. This was a "certified pre-owned" car. Not sure what that means when these problems persist and are ignored. They said they deleted everything on my radio but when I returned to my car my phone was still in the radio. How can they reset and delete my radio when my phone was still paired? They also "found" the antenna was "broken", they "fixed" it for a one time only deal. Said I must have broken it going through a car wash. Find that interesting since I havent dont that yet. When I received my car back the head liner was covered in grease and other gunk. Not impressed. More
