Salesman not so great. I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax. When my salesman went to bring it up, the battery was dead. He blamed it on the weather. Then, I questioned the check engi I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax. When my salesman went to bring it up, the battery was dead. He blamed it on the weather. Then, I questioned the check engine light, and he told me it was because he set the alarm off. Well before picking it up, I got a call that a sensor needed to be updated for the check engine light to come off, and a week after, my car wouldn’t start after not running for 12 hours, turns out the battery had a dead cell. Why not check these things when I am asking you about the issues? I had to drive back twice because the vehicle is certified, I also live 40+ min away. I would say, he only cared about commission, because this could have been avoided. Seeing as I asked him after looking at the vehicle. More
