The night before I went on many dealership website and looked at the used cars available to me within the price range I had to work with. I used consumer reports to help guide me to my ultimate choice. I filled out the online information and was sent a email that confirmed my interests. In the morning I received a phone called from Manny Torres right away and was able to meet him in the morning. Manny understood my situation and worked with me to get what I wanted. Justin in the finance department was a saint. I had a lot to work with and Justin did not make me feel stupid or uncomfortable at anytime and I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to work with me. lifesaver. no other word to describe it 7 days after my second baby girl was born my car gave me a problem . Thinking was not a very big deal I went go my only mechanic i trust. Took e few to think what I was going to do but one guy sad we will take care of you. Could go on and on on what my best buying expirience that was , but I'm just going to say this. In no position to buy a car at the moment I got out of there with a 2014 impala very afortable monthly payment, leas than 17k miles and best trade valiu I could get for my broken car.
