In a day where you can buy nearly anything from anywhere it is customer service that sets one place ahead of another. I think it is safe to say that everyone hates buying a car. Most times you feel like you cant walk the lot without being stalked by some crazy salesman. I felt perfectly comfortable working with Tony in buying my Ford Edge. I had a pretty long list of things that I had to have. Tony came through for me not once but TWICE when I realized after I test drove the first one that I actually really needed AWD. He went back to the drawing board and two days later had the exact car I wanted for me waiting to test drive.
