I had my sons car repaired die to a engine light that was on. Turned out it was 5000 worth of repairs. When I asked the cost I was told 2100. Well labor should have been included in the quote. Not realizing this more money was spent than I wanted. Then two days later another light came on for a similar problem which I thought should have been caught during the first repair. Obviously not 1200$ more. Took a long time to diagnose problem. No shuttle to convey us home after leaving car there? No spare car to use during extended repair? Used to have a Ford and they provided a ride to and from if needed. Provided a spare vehicle to use. Might be going back for better customer service. Not happy at all. And my last 2 vehicles were purchased at Chevy. Oh and no return call after leaving voicemail messages with service person. More
